Had a good experience with the breakfast staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even explaining all the choices with a smile.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for the level of comfort.

The room was nice and quiet, which was a surprise given its location near the airport. The bathroom was great, especially the rainfall shower. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to unwind after traveling. USB charging sockets were a great touch too, very convenient for charging devices. I didn't have any major issues, just overall a pleasant stay in a well-appointed room.

The kids' excitement turned to frustration when we arrived at our room to find the pull-out sofa bed broken and unprepared. Fortunately, the manager quickly intervened to find us a suitable alternative, salvaging the night.

Our family enjoyed a 6-night stay in a double room with a sofa bed. Velington's exceptional service made us feel at home. Although breakfast options were limited, the warm pancakes were a highlight. A suggestion for improvement, add hooks for bags in the rooms.
